I received an ARC for an honest review. I loved this book! I couldn't put it it down. I wouldn't do anything else today but read this. I loved Callum (who wouldn't?). I loved Lily too. What an amazingly incongruous pair they made! He was 23, she was 30. She was a cop, he was borderline criminal. She was undercover investigating the place and people where he worked in connection to a murder. Not a lot of positives there. But both of them got bitten by the love bug (sorry). He pursued her. She ran, uncomfortable with her feelings because of her job, her age and just because she was always a negative person. Callum is looking for a way out of the increasingly dangerous lifestyle his boss is pursuing. Things are tense at the club, during 'jobs', Callum gets hurt. Suspicions arise. People are about to get taken out. No one is safe. Kidnapping. Way too much excitement. Great story.Product details

i loved this sweet bad boy romance. it has great characters, romance and intrigue. I loved the strong female and the way their love progressed. The ending was great. I love all the books by these authors and plan to read more. I received an advance review copy in exchange for an honest review, and I highly recommend this story to lovers of the bad boy genre.

This is another story about a cocky, bad-boy fighter, but with a twist. It is a suspenseful, romantic tale with a hint of sweetness to it. The characters are well-developed, both strong people each with great observational skills. Callum is wise beyond his year which is a good thing because he falls for not only a cougar but a cop. This book has enough twists to keep it interesting, too. I received an ARC for an honest review.
Loved, loved this story. Lily is an undercover cop trying to solve a murder, and meets Callum. This is a romance/murder/mystery. Clues lead to Callum possibly being involved in the muder, but there are twists and turns to the story that were unexpected. Dispite the trouble Lily is in by getting involved with a possible suspect, she helps Callum and falls in love with him. Lily and Callum are such likable characters, and the love scenes were hot. The sub characters, the Posh Fillies, were amusing.
I absolutely adore Lily, she is such a strong, sexy, smart, sassy, and beautiful woman. She knows how to observe and how to get what she wants. Callum is an amazingly sexy, smart, funny alpha who is never denied what he wants. When these two meet it seems as if everything will try to pull them apart. Who knows if they will be able to overcome everything to get their HEA. I really enjoyed watching these two grow as characters and I am hoping a story for Pandora is in the works!

This book will grab your attention, and then keep it throughout. It has two very different characters, that find some things together that are alike. Callum is a 27 year old bare knuckle fighter that is participating in some illegal things. Lily is a 30 year old copper that is sent undercover nto the bar where Callum works to find a murderer. Immediately, there is sexual chemistry between them, but there is so much more than this in this book. There is also suspense, murder, and intrigue that will keep keep you from putting down the book. There are also lots of unexpected twists and turns. I received this book from the author in return for an honest review, and I highly recommend it. I really enjoyed it.
An undercover cop goes into a bar... No joke! And finds a bare knuckle fighter that drops her knickers to the floor. He's so gorgeous he does that to any girl but Lily catches his eye and all Callum wants is to get to know her. They go out while she keeps her true identity a secret, she's looking for a murderer. Streatham club is where she tries to find it. She fights her feelings because she doesn't want to get involved but it turns out to be impossible and the chemistry these two have is off the charts. She is 30 and he is 23. They have everything against their relationship, but love wins in the end. This is a story about unconventional love, where there's mistery, deception, crime, secrets that at the end makes them stronger. It kept me reading non stop. Lily and Callum make a beautiful couple.

Callum doesn't want a complicated life directed by others, but he's being roped deeper and deeper into a criminal life. Lily doesn't want to compromise her investigation, but she can no longer resist the attraction to Callum. Will she be able to solve the murder without involving Callum? Will Callum forgive her for her deceit? Can their relationship work? So many questions to be answered!
What I like this story has an excellent plot, well developed, taking the reader many directions before reaching resolution. Callum seems a weak personality at first, but reveals more strength of character as the story goes on. Lily stays true to herself even through tough decisions that threaten her happiness.
What bothered me I was very stressed reading much of the book because of Callum's criminal activity and the deceit-filled relationship between Lily and Callum. It was just too stressful for my mood at the time. I received an author's copy in return for an honest review.
All in all, a well crafted story!
